Terms

General terms and conditions

Short, readable and without surprises. These are the agreements that apply once we work together.

Scope
These terms apply to every offer, assignment and agreement with PYP 0196 B.V., unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Offer and assignment
An offer is valid for thirty days. The assignment is established as soon as you confirm the offer in writing or by email.
What we do
We carry out the assignment with the care of a skilled agency. The description in the offer determines the scope; work beyond that is agreed separately.
What we need from you
Timely access to systems, data and the people who make decisions. If this stalls, the planning shifts accordingly.
Prices and payment
Business prices are exclusive of VAT, prices for consumers are inclusive of VAT. Invoices are payable within fourteen days. For projects we invoice in instalments, for retainers monthly in advance.
Planning and delivery
Stated deadlines are a best effort, not a strict deadline. You have seven days to review a delivery; after that it is considered approved.
Changes
If you want to change the scope, we first record the impact on time and price before continuing to build.
Ownership of the work
After full payment you receive the right to use the delivered work. Our own building blocks, methods and documentation remain ours. Third-party licences are subject to their own terms.
Confidentiality
We keep your data and plans confidential, even after the assignment ends.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount invoiced for the assignment in the six months prior to the incident. Consequential damage, lost revenue and data loss are excluded, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.
Management and support
Management, monitoring and support only apply when a separate agreement or SLA has been made for them.
Cancellation
Retainers and management agreements can be cancelled monthly with a notice period of one month. Work already performed will be invoiced.
Applicable law
Our agreements are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the Amsterdam district court.
